Our current rates are as follows:
For houses up to 2500 sq ft: $250 in Elliot Lake. For the North Shore $300.
For houses 2501 - 3000 sq ft: $300 in Elliot Lake. For the North Shore $350.
For houses 3001+ sq ft: $350 in Elliot Lake. For the North Shore $400.
These prices are for houses in the area of Elliot Lake and the North Shore between Blind River and Spanish only. For any houses outside of this area please contact us
